We tear out the old slab, haul it off, and rebuild what sits underneath before anything gets poured. Compacted base, rebar on chairs, the right mix for Colorado freeze-thaw, and control joints cut on schedule. You get a broom or exposed aggregate finish, a clean edge along the apron, and a driveway that still looks square after a decade of plows and delivery trucks.

Stamped, colored, or clean broom finish — we lay out the patio around how you actually use the yard, then build the drainage into the pour instead of hoping for the best. Fire pit pads, seating walls, grill surrounds and step-downs all get poured as one connected plan, so the finished space looks like it came with the house.

Footings, stem walls, garage and shop slabs poured to the engineer's drawings and ready for inspection on the first walk-through. We handle excavation, forming, steel, vapor barrier and the pour itself, and we keep the inspector's schedule in mind so your build never sits waiting on concrete.

Sidewalks, Steps& Repair
Walkways, poured steps and landings, curb and gutter work, plus repair on slabs that are cracked, settled or spalling. Sometimes that means lifting and sealing what you have; sometimes an overlay brings it back; sometimes honesty means telling you to replace it.
