Terms of Service

1. Acceptance Of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Summit Stone Concrete Co. website and any estimate, contract, or concrete work performed by our crews out of 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO. By requesting an estimate, approving a scope, or using this site you agree to be bound by them.

2. Estimates & Written Scope

Estimates are free and valid for 30 days. The written scope lists site prep, reinforcement, mix, finish and square footage, and the price stays fixed unless you request a change or the site reveals conditions we could not see during the walk-through.

Work is scheduled once you approve the scope in writing. Deposits, where required, are applied to materials and are stated on the contract, not assumed.

3. Scheduling, Weather & Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule a booked pour with written notice to hello@summitstoneconcrete.com. Cancellations after materials are ordered may incur restocking or delivery charges already paid on your behalf.

Concrete is weather dependent. We will not place a pour into a freeze, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions, and we will move your date as soon as we know. Weather delays are not a breach of contract by either party.

4. Curing, Cracking & Warranty

Concrete is a cured material and develops minor surface and hairline cracking as it shrinks. This is normal and is not a defect. Keep vehicles off new slabs for seven days and heavy loads off for 28 days.

Our written warranty covers workmanship, including base settlement, structural cracking, and joint failure, for the term stated on your contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Stone Concrete Co. is not liable for damage caused by soil movement, tree roots, de-icing salts, or third-party work performed after our pour.

5. Site Access & Conditions

You are responsible for providing clear access for trucks and equipment and for marking private utilities, irrigation and septic lines. We locate public utilities before digging. Some surface damage to lawns and drives along the route is unavoidable and is restored where practical.
